The program is run by the Economics Education and Research Consortium (EERC), which is a group of distinguished international donor organizations that joined forces in 1996 to modernize economics education and research in the NIS. 2-year Master Program Courses taught almost exclusively in English by faculty visiting from Western Europe and North America.
