National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" is an umbrella institution for the NaUKMA Collegiums Network. Member Collegiums are mostly the lower and upper secondary schools (grades 5th to 11th). Supervising the Network the University prolongs old traditions established by old Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in the 17-18th centuries and promotes modern idea of the consecutive and interrelated "school-university" educational continuum. The NaUKMA supervises the Collegiums' instruction and curriculum design; its faculty member from different fields and areas are writing and/or contributing to the development of the upper secondary curricula. They are also teaching the Collegiums graduates some selected university level introductory courses which are being adapted for the needs of the NaUKMA pre-university training programs.
